Returns Policy

To receive a refund, returns must be in a unused condition and received by Sign Parts undamaged. Refunds will be given for the cost of the product only minus a 12% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable and is the responsibility of the customer when an item is returned. There are no refunds on returns after 30 days.

There are no returns on special orders.

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
