The Allanson Lighting Component Inc. EESB-424-13L Ballast has each lamp on its own circuit and will stay on if other lamps go out, is sound rated "A" and has a quiet operation in all installation conditions.

- Operates at a low line voltage; Brown-outs don’t effect it.
