The Allanson Lighting Component Inc. EESB-0250-16L 120v-277v Ballast has a minimum starting temperature of -20º (-30ºc), has each lamp on its own circuit and will stay on if other lamps go out. this ballast requires rewiring of the lamp sockets when used as a replacement for ferromagnetic ballasts.
